Aurora Borealis a.k.a. Northern Lights. The magnificent winter phenomenon which is an absolute bucket list item for everyone to see at least once in their life. It has a southern sibling, called the Aurora Australis. In order to witness the dancing lights you need to visit places of high-latitude regions. Plenty of natural factors need to be coincident to make the Aurora visible: clear sky, strong Solar activity and low light pollution. Clear sky paired with high latitudes often means very cold nights, therefore it is important to dress up warm in order to be able to enjoy the show to the fullest.
